Installation of Microsoft Patches

On Sunday 25 August 2019 there will be an outage while Microsoft patches are applied to the Jade Star Production servers.

Jade Star and Self Service will not be available during the outage.

Maintenance Upgrade - 2019.3

Hosted clients

Production environments (Jade Star & Self Service)
The upgrade will take place over this weekend from Friday 16 August – Sunday 18 August 2019.
The Production environments won’t be available while the upgrade takes place.

Inhouse clients

We will confirm when the upgrade files are available from our Dropbox account, after Monday 2 September.

Thin clients

Users will be prompted to download the Thin Client after the upgrade has been installed.

Those clients using either a Terminal Server or Citrix Server will need to logon to each of their servers and download the new thin client software before their end users will be able to access the new version.
